Maryn Blanco

Maryn Blanco was raised near Phoenix, Arizona, where she found great inspiration in bright sunset colors and nature that dares to survive, especially bright flowers and green trees. She began painting and studying art at age 12, taking lessons in and outside of school. She achieved her BFA in Illustration at Brigham Young University, where she was allowed to focus her studies on portraiture and figurative work, especially in oils. Maryn moved to St Louis in 2022, and is happily growing her roots here in the STL art community. She continues to be inspired by grand nature and florals as well as humanity, exploring the world in all its diversity and extraordinary beauty.
